Shared delivery logs now support pagination, trails, and safe retries
Communications now orders and paginates email, app-notification, and LMS-notification records on the server, reports complete filtered totals, opens owning records, shows source-specific message trails, and lets authorized operators requeue only eligible failed email under a three-attempt limit without duplicating inbox notices.
